The staff is friendly, the services are excellent, and the location is great, right by the tram stop which is only a minute away. It was easy to get a wheelchair accessible room with air conditioning, a high-level bed, and a TV. the price is £89.

The rooms at the hotel were quite small and lacked basic amenities such as drinking water. It would have been nice to have these essentials provided, especially considering the price we paid for the room.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly caring, nice, and helpful. They even contacted me to ask for more details about the baby crib. The diner exceeded my expectations with higher quality food at an adjusted price. I was pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included in my stay. The closed and surveilled parking was a major convenience, especially since I had my luggage rack mounted on my car and didn't want to leave it exposed. the hotel provided excellent service and amenities.

I felt like the hotel was a home away from home, and I have no reason to complain.
